Welcome to My Journey!

Hi, I’m Fiona. My path towards understanding weight loss began in my teenage years, and as I step into my 40s, I’ve grown weary of chasing after fleeting diets and grueling exercise routines. Instead, I sought to delve into the science behind long-term weight loss. Enrolling in the Diploma of The Science of Effective Weight Loss was a pivotal moment for me—it was like a light bulb turned on, revealing the reasons behind my eating habits over the years.

I discovered that coaching and support are vital in this journey, something many of you may recognize if you’ve ever been part of programs like Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig. With my experience as a mentor coach, I have guided countless individuals in achieving their professional aspirations, and now I am thrilled to extend my support to those aiming to reach their personal weight loss goals.

I’m not a size 8 model; I’m a real woman, a size 12-14 (depending on the day), navigating this journey alongside you.
