Welcome to our exhilarating 45-minute Fitness Class – a dynamic and varied workout experience designed to challenge and transform your body. Each session is expertly crafted by our certified instructors, ensuring a blend of equipment-based exercises and bodyweight movements to keep things fresh and exciting.


Frost Fitness Boxfit is a cardiovascular workout with classes lasting between 45 mins to one hour. It is based on the training used for boxing so it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal workouts – all focusing on fitness and toning. Come along and join in with this fun class.


The Penalty Box is a complete body workout program based around a patented fitness product that is an agility grid and hurdle all in one. With Penalty Box® workouts everyone is working at their own skill level. It can be the hardest or easiest workout in the world, depending on YOU.


The Frost Fitness bootcamp is a high intensity, group physical training program that combines a broad range of functional training movements into fun group workouts. Spin class at Frost Fitness is a HIIT class for all levels. Spinning benefits your muscles—everything from your legs to your core—but it’s also a great cardiovascular workout, which improves your blood flow, increases your stamina, boosts your mood, and prevents chronic issues such as high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. Spin class is a great work out and lots of fun!


The Pumpfit class is a Strength endurance full-body workout to the tempo of music, Using a bar, weight plates and a mat.
Engaging your legs, biceps, triceps, back & shoulders and core. The class is a great way to get and stay fit, strong and have fun doing it!


At Frost Fitness we believe that correct technique and form is vital. We offer FREE technique class on Tuesday (the guys) and Thursdays( for the ladies). During this time our Personal Trainers will spend time with you to teach you correct technique and form when lifting weights and exercising at the gym. It is vital to do everything you can to maintain the correct form and technique while lifting to avoid injury or serious harm to your body.

Pilates was invented in the  1920’s to help imobilised patients in hospital beds, it  targets multiple muscles at the same time resulting in an overall workout.


Ingrid has been teaching Yoga for the past 20 years. During that time she has done numerous ongoing training furthering her knowledge in breathwork, Yoga therapy, meditation & Functional Range conditioning. She brings all of these modalities into each class for a holistic approach to health & longevity.


Frost Fitness has a 2 person Sun Stream Infrared Sauna. The sauna offers our members an optimal sauna experience of up to 55 degrees C. It comes with a bluetooth audio system options so you can listen to your own music or podcast through the speaker as you relax. The Frost Fitness ice bath is for members and non members to use as tool for assisting body recovery. When you take an ice bath, the cold temperature narrows your blood vessels. This decreases blood flow to your muscles, which supports the reduction of inflammation and swelling leaving you feel revitalised and refreshed.


Frost Fitness provides a this exclusive option for our female members. The women’s only gym has a variety of cardio gear and weights where our female members can work out in a safe and respectful environment. Frost Fitness also offers Ladies Technique classes in the women’s only gym where all female members can work with a female PT to learn how to use the equipment correctly and have their form and technique checked.


Frost Fitness uses MYPTHUB for members. Each member will work with a personal trainer who will write up a month-long program of exercises, reps, and sets, and provide instructional videos on how to do each move in the program. They’ll then check in with your progress (virtually) throughout the month and answer any questions or concerns you have along the way. This is a great interactive tool for the Personal Trainer and client to use to interact with each other and continue to motivate members to achieve their goals.
